"Confusing emails, but it wasn’t all terrible"
I tried using axo.com the communication kind of threw me off. Some of the emails sounded like they were supposed to be helpful, but I still had no real idea what was going on. I kept rereading them like, wait, are they asking me for something or just updating me? It was frustrating, though I guess the site itself wasn’t impossible to use.
When I reached out for help, the reply I got was vague too, which didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe I was just expecting a more direct answer, but it felt like nobody wanted to say things plainly. Not the best experience for me, although I wouldn’t say it was a total disaster either

"fees weren't clear at all"
i used axo.com thinking the costs would be straightforward, but the fee info felt all over the place and kind of vague. i ended up clicking around way more than i expected just to get an idea of what i might actually have to pay.
maybe the details are on the site somewhere, but they definitely weren’t clear upfront for me. i really don’t like surprises when it comes to money, so the whole thing left me feeling uneasy.

I tried reaching out to AXO and yeah, the reply time was just way too slow. I waited a few days for what should’ve been a simple answer, and I still ended up having to chase them myself.

When they finally got back to me, the message was kind of short and didn’t really clear things up. not what I was expecting. If you need help fast, this can get annoying.

"Interest rates felt way too high for me"
I tried using axo.com because I was hoping it might help me find a better loan offer without having to check with a bunch of banks myself. The process was fine enough, but the offers I ended up getting had interest rates that were just too high for what I was looking for. I know rates depend on your personal situation, credit history, loan amount, and all that, so maybe other people might get better options, but in my case it didn’t really feel like I was saving much by using the service. the offers didn’t seem noticeably better than what I probably could have gotten by just going directly to my bank, so for me it wasn’t really worth it

"Paperwork became a hassle fast"
My snap judgment after using AXO: the documentation process is way more annoying than it should be. I uploaded the papers they asked for, then they came back asking for more, but it was never really clear what was missing or why.

Support did answer, but the replies were short and didn’t actually help me move things along. In the end, it took much longer than I expected and felt like I was just sitting around waiting. Definitely not a smooth experience.

"Felt charged for a rushed and unhelpful call"
This wasn’t a great experience. The advisor sounded irritated right from the beginning and didn’t seem prepared for my questions. I felt like I was being rushed off the call, and the answers I got were vague. I was charged, but there’s been no real update or follow-up, which is frustrating. Maybe someone else might have a better experience, but I expected more from AXO

i mean, when things actually went wrong, I didn’t feel like they helped much. My issue never really got fixed, and the replies kept coming in late, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

"Not great loan offers"
i was disappointed with AXO. I filled everything out hoping to compare some decent loan options, but the offers I got weren’t good at all. The interest rates were high and nothing really seemed better than what my own bank had already offered me. It just felt like a waste of time in my case. Maybe other people have better luck, but the offer quality was really poor for me

"Customer Service Was a Total Letdown"
I waited days for someone to finally get back to me, only to receive what felt like a copy-and-paste response from a script. The issue still isn’t fixed, the whole experience has been ridiculously frustrating.

"Comparing offers was more frustrating than helpful"
I tried using axo.com because I just wanted a quick way to compare different offers, but it felt kind of messy. I had to click around way too much to figure out what was actually being offered, and the whole thing didn’t feel very clear. It also gave me the impression that the details were handled a bit carelessly, which made it even more annoying. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it wasn’t as useful as I expected.
